Pre- School Admissions under EWS/ DG Category students
  • The list of selected students received from Directorate of Education is being displayed.
  • Document verification will be done w.e.f. 19/03/2018 to 21/03/2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

  • The following documents are required at the time of admission. The parents/ guardians shall also keep the original documents with themselves for verification by the school authority
  • Print out of the application filled

  • Self Attested photocopy of proof of date of birth

  • Self Attested photocopy of residence proof

  • Self Attested photocopy of documentary proof for EWS or DG category, whichever applicable

  • Aadhaar card of the child ( to be kept for school records)

Pre School (Nursery) Admissions : Schedule

Notice, February 21, 2018
  • The schedule for fee submission and document verification w.e.f. Friday, 16/02/2018 to Tuesday, 20/02/2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon was also displayed along with the list.

  • Parents of selected students who have not come for the admission are hereby given the last opportunity for fee submission. Kindly report by Thursday, 22/02/2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
  • After 22/02/2018 the remaining seats will be offered to the applicants selected in the waiting list. Second list will be displayed on Wednesday, 28/02/2018.
First List of Admissions
  • The first list of selected students is being displayed. Click to view the List.
  • Fee submission and document verification will be done w.e.f. Friday, 16/02/2018 to Tuesday, 20/02/2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon according to the schedule displayed.
  • Status of vacant seats and Second list with further instructions will be posted on the school website and notice board on Wednesday, 28/02/2018 by 5:00 p.m.
  • Parents are requested to kindly adhere to the schedule for the admission process. In case of non-reporting parents (without any official information), the seat will be offered to the next eligible candidate.

RULES FOR REFUND OF FEES

IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL OF THE CHILD WITHIN ONE MONTH FROM THE DATE OF ADMISSION, THE ADMISSION FEE AND TUITION FEE FOR ONE MONTH WILL BE RETAINED AND OTHER AMOUNT OR CHARGES WILL BE REFUNDED.

Proof of Date of Birth (Any one)

1. Birth certificate under the Births, Deaths and Marriages Certification Act 1986
2. Hospital/Auxiliary Nurse and midwife (ANM) register record.
3. Aanganwadi Record
4. Declaration of the age of the child by the parent or guardian.

Proof of Residence (Any one)

1. Ration card issued in the name of parents ( mother/father having name of the child)
2. Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.
3. Voter I-card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
4. Electricity bill/MTNL Telephone bill/Water bill.
5. Unique Identity Card (Aadhar Card) issued in the name of any of the parents.
6. Passport in the name of any of the parents of the child.

• Fee must be paid through cheque/ pay order/ demand draft in the name of “The Srijan School” payable at Delhi only. No cash will be accepted.

• The Fee structure is liable to be changed in case Directorate of Education allows a fee hike for which application has been submitted by the school.

 

School Admissions: Rules for draw of lots (For Strict Compliance)
  • A draw of lots for 31 seats (for applicants scoring 60 points) out of 1366 applicants will be held in the school on Tuesday, 13th February 2018 at 10:00 a.m.

  • Separate draw will be held for 15 boys (out of 685 applicants) and 16 girls (out of 681 applicants).
  • List includes a few who have got their queries resolved/ clarified.
  • Only one parent per applicant will be allowed to attend the draw of lots to avoid rush.
  • Entry will be on the production of original acknowledgement slip given at the time of submission of application. Kindly carry your proof of Identity for entry in the school.
  • Draw of lots will be done for ALL eligible applicants irrespective of their physical presence or absence.
  • Parking arrangements will not be the school’s responsibility. We suggest that you use public transport system. Admission will be subject to final verification of original documents. Information already submitted is not open to any change/ modification.
  • Waiting list will be of 31 seats. Separately for 15 boys (out of 685 applicants) and 16 girls (out of 681 applicants). Admission in Wait list category will be in order of names drawn.
  • First List will be displayed on Thursday, 15/02/2018 by 5:00 p.m.
  • All instructions for admission will be put up with the list.

  • The First list shall include 49 siblings (liable to change).

  • A draw of lots for remaining 31 seats (for applicants scoring 60 points) out of 1354 applicants will be held in the school on Tuesday, 13th February 2018 at 10:00 a.m.

  • Draw of lots will be done for ALL eligible applicants irrespective of their physical presence or absence.  

  • Parents may visit the school office for any clarification/ query regarding the points allotted to them from Tuesday, 6th February to Thursday, 8th February 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. An email in this regard will also be entertained, if sent, at info@thesrijanschool.com. Queries received after 3:30 p.m. on 8th February 2018 may not be entertained.

  • School's decision shall be final and binding.
