Students acquire skills in goal setting, planning, decision-making, problem-solving, and self-assessment activities.

We truly believe that leadership skills can be acquired through practice. Our leadership training camps are held twice a year, wherein, the Cabinet and Council members learn about leadership roles and acquire problem-solving skills.

They are taught how to set goals, plan and execute them, make strong decisions, overcome challenges, and assess their own strengths and weaknesses. Their skills are developed through a set of planned activities and games.

These activities build their confidence and self-esteem. They learn that leadership is not easy. It includes mastering skills like setting achievable goals, planning, time management, effective communication, negotiation and persuasion in order to reach out to their peers.
