Pre-School Admissions – Notice for Students Selected from Second List

After the fee submission of selected students, Waiting List 11 to 20 from boys and Waiting List 11 to 20 from girls are requested to undertake admission formalities and deposit fees. All the relevant details – Documents required, Fee Structure, and Proformas – are already on this page, below.

Fee submission and document verification will be done on Monday, 05/02/2024 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

Parents are requested to kindly adhere to the schedule for the admission process. In the case of non-reporting parents (without any official information), the seat will be offered to the next eligible candidate.

After the fee submission of selected students in the First list, a second list of 1 to 10 boys and a second list of 1 to 10 girls was drawn. They are requested to undertake admission formalities and deposit fees. All the relevant details – Documents required, Fee Structure, and Proformas – are already on this page, below.

Fee submission and document verification will be done from Tuesday, 30/01/2024 to Friday, 02/02/2024 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon according to the schedule given in the list.

Parents are requested to kindly adhere to the schedule for the admission process. In the case of non-reporting parents (without any official information), the seat will be offered to the next eligible candidate.

Fee submission and document verification will be done w.e.f. Monday, 15/01/2024 to Monday, 22/01/2024 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon according to the schedule displayed.

The status of vacant seats and the Second list with further instructions will be posted here and on the school notice board on Monday, 29/01/2024 by 5:00 p.m.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED IN ORIGINAL (FOR VERIFICATION)

Proof of Date of Birth (Anyone)

1. Birth certificate under the Births, Deaths, and Marriages Certification Act 1986
2. Hospital/Auxiliary Nurse and Midwife (ANM) register record
3. Aanganwadi Record
4. Declaration of the age of the child by the parent or guardian

Proof of Residence (Anyone)

1. Ration card issued in the name of parents (mother/father having the name of the child)
2. Domicile certificate of the child or his/her parents
3. Voter I-card (EPIC) of any of the parents
4. Electricity bill/MTNL Telephone bill/Water bill in the name of any of the parents
5. Unique Identity Card (Aadhar Card) issued in the name of any of the parents
6. Passport in the name of any of the parents of the child

Proof of Sibling – Copy of last paid fee receipt of the student studying in The Srijan School.

The fee structure is liable to be revised if due permission is granted by DOE.

CANCELLATION/ REFUND

If admission is withdrawn within one month of the date of admission & fee submission, one month’s tuition fee and admission charges shall be retained and the balance will be refunded.

No refund will be applicable on cancellation of admission after one month from the date of admission.

Pre-School Admissions – Instructions for Draw of Lots, January 10, 2023

A total of 1523 applications have been received for admission in class Pre-school (Nursery) for the academic session 2024-25. After scrutiny and verification on the basis of information and documents submitted by parents, 1476 applicants have been found to be valid. (47 have been rejected.)

  • No. of applicants scoring 100 points are 45 and no. of applicant scoring 70 points is 01. These 46 applicants have been provisionally selected for admission.
  • No. of applicants scoring 60 out of 100 points are 1361. A draw for 44 seats will be done among these applicants on Wednesday, 10th January 2024 at 10:00 AM.
  • To maintain parity, separate draw will be held for 22 boys (out of 705 applicants) and 22 girls (out of 656 applicants).
  • List includes a few who have got their queries resolved/ clarified and were found to be eligible.
  • Please do not bring your child along with you.
  • Kindly carry your proof of Identity for entry in the school.
  • Draw of lots will be done for ALL eligible applicants IRRESPECTIVE OF PHYSICAL PRESENCE OR ABSENCE OF THEIR PARENT/S.
  • Parking arrangements for those attending the draw will not be the school’s responsibility. We suggest that you use public transport.
  • Admission will be subject to final verification of original documents.
  • Information already submitted is not open to any change/modification.
  • Waiting list will be of 44 seats each for girls and boys. Admission in Wait List category will be in order of names drawn and subject to vacancies/ withdrawals.
  • First List will be displayed on Friday, 12/01/2024 by 5:00 PM.
  • All instructions for admission will be put up with the First List.

Pre-School Admissions – Notice, December 28, 2023

  • A list of students along with the points scored by them as per The Srijan School Admission Criteria is displayed. You can download and view the List – Nursery Applicants List, Dec 28, 2023.
  • Parents may visit the school office for any clarification/query regarding the points allotted to them on Monday, 08/01/2024, and Tuesday, 09/01/2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. An email in this regard will also be entertained, if sent, to info@thesrijanschool.com.
  • Queries received after 12:30 p.m. on 09/01/2024 may not be entertained.
  • A Draw of lots will be done on Wednesday, 10/01/2024 at 10:00 AM for all applicants scoring 60 points. Details and instructions for the draw of lots will be uploaded on Tuesday, 09/01/2024 by 5:00 PM on the school website.

The school’s decision shall be final and binding.

Typographical errors are liable to be corrected without any contest.

The application period for admission has concluded as of December 15, 2023.

Pre- School (Nursery) Admissions under the General Category

  1. Online Registration Forms received for admission in Class- Nursery for Academic Session 2024-25 have been allotted registration no by the school. Please DOWNLOAD Applicants’ List from here and note the details.
  2. Some entries were received in duplicate. Duplicate entries have been removed. DOWNLOAD the Duplicate Applicants List specifying duplicate entries.
  3. A list specifying siblings is also displayed after verification from school records. DOWNLOAD the Siblings List from here.
  4. In case of any discrepancy, kindly contact the school office between 9 AM to 11 AM on Wednesday, 20/12/2023, or Thursday, 21/12/2023.
  5. Further details regarding the admission process will be as per the schedule given by the Directorate of Education.

 

 

 

 

 

Remember, you DO NOT need to submit any hard copy to the school. Only online submission is required. Acknowledgment will be sent automatically to your email ID.
Please begin the submission process by paying the nominal fee of Rs. 25 to the school bank account as you will need to put the Bank Deposit Ref/UTR ID in the admission form.
