Peer moderator workshops are conducted by students for their peers on life skills such as aggression management, media literacy, risk behaviour management, gender sensitivity, study and exam skills, tackling bullying.

The students are trained by the school counselors to conduct these workshops. They also get formal training from reputed professional organisations like Fortis Max Healthcare.

Through brainstorming sessions, video viewing followed by discussion, role plays, and other myriad group activities, the students initiate a dialogue with their peers, create awareness and address their concerns.
